Youtube.com is another way of making some money if you have uploaded the right video that is being viewed with at least one million hits to your audience. It uses the marketing phenomenon that facilitates and encourages people to pass along a marketing messages called viral marketing.
A recent news release on August 16, 2009 that a Wedding dance video generates $15,000 for Sheila Wellstone Institute after the St. Paul wedding dance video became an internet sensation last month, the couple turned their new-found fame into an opportunity to raise money and awareness to combat domestic violence.
The video of Jill Peterson and Kevin Heinz dancing down the aisle on their wedding day has received more than 20 million hits on YouTube and put them in the spotlight on most network morning TV shows. They even recreated their dance on NBC’s Today Show.
Another good example is the Evolution of Dance which has 124,947,425 views up to date. Junsonlaipply uploaded this video to promote his book.
Whilst, TPainVideos got on top most viewed of all channels in all time. Their channel use it to promote their products directly on Youtube.
So, how to make some money with your own video on Youtube?
- Upload you videos on Youtube. If you don’t have an account yet, create your own here.
- Make a website or a blog. Don’t have one contact me or create you own at Wordpress.com
- Create a donation program that link to either a charity organization or to your own product
- Done
